Joshua Ortiz is an Account Manager at Empire Management Group. He obtained significant practice in adapting and learning to each new environment; being raised first in Florida, then migrating to New Jersey. There, he completed his Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences and completed approximately 90 more credits towards his Bachelor’s Degree.
Before coming to Empire Management, Joshua worked as a head server with special responsibilities at the Olive Garden restaurant for about three years. His position required him to assist his fellow servers as well as show an overall leading example for his coworkers.
Joshua’s goals in Empire are to develop and lead his own team and to eventually open up his own office. These goals are entirely attainable if Joshua continues to put in the hard work and dedication he has thus far. From reading books on how to better sell your product to conducting his own research and being more than present in his lessons at Empire Management, Joshua hopes to reach these goals within his first year on the job.
Fun fact: Joshua’s eyes are two completely different colors, at first it’s hard to notice but it’s true.
