I’m Aaron Nimako, founder of Empire Management Group, a distinguished marketing firm in Pennsylvania. Born and raised in New York with a family heritage from Ghana, I have established myself as an expert and thought leader in the marketing industry. My passion lies in empowering and motivating my team to excel. My extensive experience has equipped me with the skills necessary to lead a diverse team effectively.

I founded Empire Management Group to provide the highest quality services to our clients. Naming the company 'Empire' was a declaration of my dream to build an empire by encouraging growth and mentoring others in their business development. I am thankful for a talented team that supports our vision as a marketing firm in Pennsylvania. My clients and team are my priorities, and I focus on developing leaders while assisting our Fortune 500 clients, ensuring both parties are satisfied and motivated.

As someone naturally competitive, I value teamwork and healthy competition. I believe that we can learn from everyone and treat each person with respect. Together, we strive for extraordinary results. Outside of my role at a leading marketing firm in Pennsylvania, I enjoy spending time with my family and pursuing goals such as traveling to every continent within the next three years, entering the real estate market, and expanding our business to have fifteen offices by 2024.
