Alim Lmont is an account manager here at Empire. Alim Grew up in New Jersey but, lived all over. He completed a semester at Raritan Valley CC and studied business. While here at Empire Alim was promoted to ownership and was incorporated in the state of New Jersey. His short-term goals are to learn all that he can from the top recruiting office and build his leadership development. He also has long-term professional goals of running a successful office and helping others do the same. Alim fell into this opportunity looking for his own personal development and growth and he loves that being in this business provides that same opportunity for anyone who’s looking for those things. He is highly motivated by helping others achieve their goals.
