Aaliyah Abrams is our Human Resource Director and Social Media Representative here at Empire Management Group. She was born in the Nicetown area of Philadelphia but raised in West Philadelphia since she was 4 years old. She went to the first HBCU, Lincoln University of PA with a major in Health Science. For her time there, she was involved in Lincoln’s Event Promotional Team. She started in the business about 4 years ago, at just 19 years old! She began as an entry level and worked her way up to the Human Resource Department where she was able to work with different managers. Her eagerness, willingness to learn, and bubbly personality helped her success within the company. Aaliyah's long term goals with Empire are to, she plans to help Empire continue to develop and hope to gain all the necessary skills towards her growth along the road. Her long term goals are to eventually go into her own route in the business and development field. She also wants to obtain financial freedom and provide the best life for her and her 1 year old son, Azai.
Fun Facts: Aaliyah has a sport and musical background as she played basketball in highschool and can play pretty much any instrument! She recently just picked back up her childhood instrument, the Violin, and plans on using the melodies to go towards her own beats/ music. She’s also a huge meditation fanatic and loves going on hikes/ nature walks!
