Matthew Lafferty is a newly promoted business owner who has been with Empire Management for about a year and a half. He was recently promoted this January and is preparing to open up his own office by the end of this month!
Matthew is a homegrown South Philly native who went to high school in South Jersey and returned to the city to pursue different career paths. Before working at Empire he did work in Security, Accounting, and Restaurant Management before he found a home here with us at Empire.
"Matt always wanted more out of life and just felt like the other avenues he pursued were never going to get him the financial freedom he was looking for. Matthew has always had an entrepreneurial spirit however he never had an outlet for his aspirations until he arrived in our company.
As a manager, he can not wait to build and grow his organization and continue to put other like-minded individuals into business for themselves.
Hard work and determination are the two major factors that lead to his success and he holds high standards for himself and the people around him. He plans to open up 3 to 5 new offices before the end of 2021 and potentially take over a new market on the Verizon 5G campaign.
Fun fact about Matthew is that he is actually a triplet! Yes, there's three of him! (2 boys and a girl, however, they both have blonde hair)
