Meet Susan Dennin, the Account Manager at Empire Management Group. Susan has been working with Empire Management Group for over three months and already has a promising future ahead.
It’s tough to put into words Susan’s importance, but the reason we’re featuring her on our blog this month is to showcase our appreciation for her efforts. Susan has established quite the reputation amongst employees who know her as well as among our clients.
As an Account Manager, Susan provides an environment for learning and growing organically. She works to train and teach our entry-levels what it takes to become a part of the leadership core. She strives to create a standard and environment where individuals have a strong student mentality and drive to get better daily.
As a professional, she is constantly helping entry-level employees with their pitch, confidence, and being prepared for any and all obstacles. She also comes to work earlier than expected, and helps keep this office organized and running smoothly.
As an individual, Susan maintains a positive attitude daily and never complains. She’s focused on her goals and always strives to be a better version of herself.
What we admire most about her is that she shows up to work early, and helps everyone accomplish their goals. Susan is an excellent mentor to entry-level women and men on what it takes to become an Account Manager in this business.
It is clear that Susan has genuine care and love for Empire Management Group, and we absolutely love the integrity, enthusiasm, and commitment with which she works.
